What is racehorse syndication?

  • Racehorse syndication allows multiple individuals to co-own a racehorse by purchasing shares, rather than a single owner bearing the full cost
  • Only approved promoters operating under national ASIC regulations can legally advertise and sell shares in racehorses. Boss Bloodstock is an approved promoter with Racing Queensland and operates as an authorised representative (ARN 001320529) under Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) no. 336964.

What are the benefits?

  • Ownership experience without the full financial burden
  • Access to race days, events, and stable visits

  • All prize money won is paid directly to your bank account by the racing authority in the week following the race. (Racing Queensland) We Boss Bloodstock do not handle any prize money.

How does it work?

  • A horse is divided into shares (e.g. 5%, 10%, etc. Each owner buys a share based on their budget

  • Ongoing costs (training, vet, agistment) are shared
  • Prize money is split according to ownership percentage

Why people choose syndication.

Syndication makes racehorse ownership more affordable, social, and accessible. Instead of doing it alone, you’re part of a group sharing the thrill. Win, lose, or draw.
