We retain shares in every horse, meaning we stay accountable and only succeed when our owners do. We don’t hold on to unviable horses. Our focus is on quality, performance, and sustainable ownership experiences.
How is the share price decided?
The share price is calculated to include the horse’s purchase cost, and all outlined expenses in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
Ongoing Costs
Ongoing costs vary depending on training or spelling. Average annual cost in Australia is $50,000–$60,000 per racehorse.
Billing
All costs are consolidated into one monthly invoice with full transparency and at-cost billing.
Management Fee
$45+GST per month covering admin, media, communication, and ownership engagement.
Life After Racing
Horses are rehomed responsibly into equestrian, breeding, or companion roles with owner consultation.
